DISC is a personality assessment first developed by Dr. William Moulton Marston in the 1920's. He also invented Wonder Woman, so we can take comfort in the fact that this guy was ahead of his time. Since then, DISC has been developed into a highly accurate personality assessment that helps people understand how they best communicate with others.

In this team training, your group will learn about DISC through facilitation and exercises designed to assist understanding and promote self-awareness. The laugher and team bonding is the icing on the training cake.

After DISC for Teams, your group will be feel more comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone to communicate honestly and openly with each other. They'll also have a lot of fun recognizing DISC styles in everyone they see, because once you understand it all there is no going back to the sweet bliss of ignorance.

With this individual training, I will walk through your DISC profile with you. We will talk about your communication flow and friction, how to quickly determine other people's DISC styles, and we'll develop an improvement plan to help you communicate better with everyone.

After DISC for Individuals, you'll be able to build better relationships through more direct communication, deeper understanding, and a higher appreciation of others. Long story short, you'll be better at doing all the human things we humans are expected to do when communicating with other humans.
